- Avinue’s signature program – CORE – consists of extensive education, skill development and coaching support provided over 12 months
- Organisation-wide, layered program delivery ensuring learning and skill development is supported at every level
- A contemporary and readily-accessible e-learning education platform delivering monthly modules scaffolded to enhance learning effectiveness
- Group coaching sessions that dive deep into the monthly topic, exploring barriers to implementation, relevant case studies and/ or successful integration of learnings
- Leader-training workshop to facilitate high level understanding of CORE skills and assist Leaders in supporting their teams to implement learnings and create a resilient team culture, and
- Specialised coaching-and-training services informed through decades of clinical and rehabilitation experience.
