Avinue Coaching & Training will keep confidential all information provided by you and will only use or disclose such confidential information: (a) for the purpose of providing access to and use of the Program under this Agreement; (b) with consent; (c) in anonymised and aggregated form; or (d) as may otherwise be required or permitted by law.

You must keep all of our Content and processes that form the Program confidential.

You acknowledge and agree that Avinue Coaching & Training has made no warranties that the Program will be error free.

Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, the Program is provided as is and Avinue Coaching & Training makes no other warranties, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, title, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Avinue Coaching & Training does not warrant that the use of the Program will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Content means our written content, articles, videos, graphics etc that make up part of our Program in which Intellectual Property Rights subsist and are owned by us.

Program means the program we agree to provide to you and includes access to, and use of our Content.
